Here's the painting I mentioned yesterday. I liked the green in my set-up, but perhaps it's a bit garrish in the painting. In spite of my aforementioned difficulties I can see progress in my handling of jars compared to my last post, which was the first jar I attempted. The carnations were fun. I might work over the background when it dries. What do you think? Your comments and constructive criticism are welcome.
I purchased this happy little painting today from the L.A. County Fair gift store. I adore it. This is the first painting I've ever bought and that's because it was priced to move. Thank you for that. It will be cherished in our home for years to come, you can be sure. :)
