I'm running out of titles for paintings that are nothing but fruit! I put the lavender under these fruits and said WOW!...red with violet--yum! Yellow-green with violet--yum! Red and green too! Whoopee!!! It's a fruity paradise of saturated color.

Just two days of painting little tiny candies on little tiny canvases got me a bit itchy and twitchy, so here are some bigger shapes. Sometimes I configure my set up with a small color wheel in my hand and for this one I did. I wanted to experiment with an analogous color scheme, and here you have it. Red, orange, yellow and yellow green are all next to each other on the color wheel. Where the focal point is I have no clue! Your eye kinda roams around enjoying the saturated color and shine...(a least I hope your eye enjoys!)

I didn't post Sat. or Sun. due to some fun times with family. Yesterday I painted outside at Joshua Tree National Park. There are SO many good things to paint there, but I tried to get too much in one painting and ended up with a "wipe out"! Determined to get a painting done, I came home and painted this in the evening. Grapes are so much fun!
